We accept cancellation and refund requests up to 7 days before the official Grand Theft Auto VI launch date (November 19, 2026). To request a refund, contact us through the contact page with your transaction number and reason.
To process your refund we will need to verify your identity as the account holder. Refunds will only be processed to the original payment method used in the transaction.
Once approved, Stripe will process the refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank or financial institution. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is processed.
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases: once the digital code has been delivered and/or activated; if the product has been used; if the request is made after the game launch date; if a chargeback has been initiated directly with the bank without first contacting our support.
We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks that violate this policy or are considered fraudulent. In cases of unjustified chargebacks, we may suspend the user account and take appropriate legal action. We strongly recommend contacting us before initiating any dispute with your bank — we resolve 100% of legitimate cases.
