gtavi-pre.com is an independent digital platform that offers video games at discounted prices. By using this site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

We are an independent digital resale platform. We are not official distributors of Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. The price we offer includes a discount over the official market price. The digital product (activation code) will be delivered by email on the official game launch date.

To make a purchase you must register with accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian authorization to make purchases on this platform.

Digital product delivery will occur on the official Grand Theft Auto VI launch date (November 19, 2026), or within 72 hours thereafter. If a delay is attributable to the official game publisher, we cannot be held liable, though we will do our best to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

This site may display third-party advertising through Google AdSense. Such advertising is managed by Google and subject to their own policies. We are not responsible for the content of displayed ads. Advertising revenue allows us to maintain competitive prices for our users.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts or cancel purchases in cases of fraudulent activity, service misuse, unjustified chargebacks, or violation of these terms. In the event of a justified cancellation on our part, we will process a full refund of the amount paid.

The total liability of this platform, under any circumstances, is limited to the amount actually paid by the user. These terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute shall be resolved through the competent courts.
